The collection here includes some simple props, which can be made by yourself; some standard magical props which you will be able to buy from a magic shop, and other larger illusion-type stage props which will have to be made by yourself or your props-maker.

1) they should be stage-size, that is large enough for stage shows – this rules out card and coin tricks;

2) they should be relatively inexpensive, to buy from a standard magic shop catalogue or to make; and

3) they should be self-working or nearly so and capable of being performed by non-magicians.
